Conference Registration Fees:

Early-Bird Registration Fee - available until January 14, 2005 - $350

Registration Fee - available from January 15, 2005 - $385

Early-Bird and Registration fees include admission to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, lunch on both days of the conference, and the opening reception.

Student Registration Fee - $200

Delegate must be a full-time student to be eligible for this reduced fee. Student Registration Fee includes admission to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, lunch on both days of the conference, and the opening reception.

Daily Fee - $200/day

Daily Fee includes admission to the conference sessions, refreshment breaks and lunch only on the day delegate registers for.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees, less a $50 administrative charge, are refundable for cancellations received in writing prior to January 17, 2005. No refunds will be issued after this date.
